Description Luke Stanton 2019-10-18 22:58:49 UTC
Marketplace operator is reported as being in a degraded state. Several alerts are firing as well, including KubePodCrashLooping.

Comment 1 Pawel Krupa 2019-11-04 13:02:45 UTC
Reassigning to team responsible for marketplace operator as this doesn't look like anything related to monitoring stack.

Comment 3 Kevin Rizza 2019-11-04 21:14:28 UTC
Is this still happening? In 4.1 these clusters report degraded for the marketplace if the network becomes unavailable because the marketplace is not able to sync to a remote quay API. In 99% of cases that is the issue.

Comment 4 Kevin Rizza 2019-11-19 19:10:09 UTC
Closing this as I am assuming this is some kind of network issue. The marketplace degrades whenever it does not have direct access to quay and that behavior is expected.
