This issue was opened too late for the RHEL 7.8 lifecycle. We're leaving it open for later consideration. Note that there were 3 EPEL packages BuildRequiring python36-tools. I've fixed them all (by just removing the unneeded dependency). https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2019-6eac034bf5 pylint-1.6.5-7.el7 https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2019-4371c0f9ce python-html5lib-0.999-7.el7 https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2019-cbf93b1249 python-astroid-1.4.9-4.el7 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. For information on the advisory (Moderate: python3 security update), and where to find the updated files, follow the link below. If the solution does not work for you, open a new bug report. https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:3888 |
