Description of problem:

A Template exported to OVA can't be imported again.

4.3.6.7

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Export a Template to OVA by using the web administration portal
2. Try to import it again.

Actual results:
The template import fails


Expected results:
The template is imported correctly
