Still waiting on https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1720142#c15 Fixed and verified in 5.10.14.0.20200107223945_aa73a61. The RH Dropbox option is not available. Instead, there is Red Hat Support option. After configuring it as described in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1660143#c8 the logs were collected and attached to the support case. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
