Description of problem:
Please build libart_lgpl for EPEL 8, because I need it to build "dia". Rebuilding libart_lgpl-2.3.21-22.fc31 package "as is" should be sufficient.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
libart_lgpl-2.3.21-22.fc31

Actual results:
No libart_lgpl in EPEL 8.

Expected results:
libart_lgpl-2.3.21-22.el8 - or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL 8 branch.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 32 development cycle.
Changing version to 32.
