Hi Robert, I have no problem with you maintaining the epel 8 branch. Can I add you as co-maintainer? Zdenek, after checking whether upstream is alive and caring about patch suggestions, I'm now happy to get co-maintainer of mgetty. Thank you for letting me know! Robert, would you mind telling me your FAS nickname? I need your FAS nickname so I could add you in src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/mgetty Your email name (redhat-bugzilla) did not work. And you have to be in packager group to be a co-maintainer. Zdenek, sorry, yes, forgot that. It's "robert". Ok, done. Feel free to create EPEL 8 branch and build mgetty. Though there can be a delay between adding you as co-maintainer and dist-git's grating you the rights, so do not be afraid - but I'm not sure. This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 32 development cycle. Changing version to 32. Any update on this, Robert? The bug seems stale.
