This issue is fixed in rabbitmq-server 3.7.18.

RDO is using 3.8.3 in all releases on CentOS8. Version 3.6.16 is affected on CentOS 7 will not be fixed at this point as this is rated as moderate and requires update medium release of rabbitmq-server.
