When the monitor is connected via DVI-D cable, kudzu can't do ddc probe (X.org
can do it).

X is directly poking on the I2C bus with nvidia specific code... kudzu can't
really do that.

Later releases (1.2.15 or later) will use the EDID info in ACPI, which does look
include DVI connections, if they're available. Aside from that, there's not much
we can do.
