Description Marius Andreiana 2006-01-01 23:02:50 UTC
After upgrading to 2.6.14-1.1805_FC5 from the default fc5test1, all system is
very slow (menus opening slow, accessing DVD freezes system), as the system CPU
would be 50Mhz, not 2ghz.
2.6.14-1.1696_FC5 still boots behaves normally regarding speed.

Hardware:
Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.40GHz, 512 mb ram.

Probably it's the effect of kmalloc tracing. It will fix itself in a couple
of releases.
