Description of problem:
When trying to create a new compliance policy the banner at the top of the screen says:
"There are significant differences in deployment options. Please make sure you understand them by reading our documentation."
The work documentation is a hyperlink to:
https://theforeman.org/plugins/foreman_openscap/1.0/index.html#2.3Policydeploymentoptions
which is broken

We may also need to add some documentation for this. Ondra, do you happen to know if this is covered downstream somewhere?
