Description of problem:
The nodejs-less package installs /usr/lib/node_modules/less/bin/lessc without execute permissions. This leaves lessc unable to run.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
nodejs-less-3.10.3-1.fc31.noarch.rpm

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run lessc

Actual results:
$ lessc
bash: /usr/bin/lessc: Permission denied

Expected results:
lessc should run.

Additional info:
$ ls -l /bin/lessc 
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 36 Aug 23 03:32 /bin/lessc -> /usr/lib/node_modules/less/bin/lessc
$ ls -l /usr/lib/node_modules/less/bin/lessc
