Description of problem:
When a new disk is added to a VM, the selected interface and type are not passed to the VM yaml.

For example, when adding disk with name 'test' and interface VirtIO, the following is added to the VM:
- name: test

whereas it should be:
- disk:
  bus: virtio
  name: test

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.3.0-0.nightly-2019-10-29-140935
