I would like to ask a build of rubygem-mime-types for EPEL 8.

Would you mind requesting the branches and build them?
This package is especially important for puppet, also filed (#1748525).

If you have a will to create the branch, build and maintain it, I like you to add a co-maintainer to the repository, then I am fine for that.

I'm the EPEL7 package maintainer for rubygem-mime-types.  I will build and maintain it for EPEL8.
