AFAICS (podman sign) on a multi-arch image signs the manifest list, instead of the individual per-arch images (but using the top-level, possibly tagged, identity, not using a digest!) Can you create a PR to fix this? Lets assign this to qi. Moved to HREL8 Qi have you made any progress on this? https://github.com/containers/podman/pull/7718 PR to keep track of this. Looks like this is fixed in podman 3.0 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
