python3-watchdog-0.8.3-13.fc32.noarch fails to install in Fedora rawhide:

  nothing provides python3.8dist(pathtools) >= 0.1.1 needed by python3-watchdog-0.8.3-13.fc32.noarch

What's the plan? Do you plan to unretire python-pathtools or orphan/retire python-watchdog? This is now blocking other packages.

I think we're going with unretire python-pathtools. I'm working with Stephen Coady on this :)

I'd vote for unretirement, another package now depends on python-watchdog ;)

The package also fails to build and it blocks the Python 3.9 rebuild.
