Description of problem:
On boot messages about legacy options are shown.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
munge-0.5.13-3.fc30.x86_64

How reproducible:
On every boot

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot the system

Actual results:
This warnings:
[/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/munge.conf:1] Line references path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/munge → /run/munge; please update the tmpfiles.d/ drop-in file accordingly.


Expected results:
No such messages.
