Description of problem:
as 'component', I can only select rpm, rpm-build is missing! So I cannot file a
bug for rpm-build

The rpm-build package is built using the 'rpm' source package (as noted in the
output of "rpm -qi rpm-build"), and the bug tracking system tracks bugs by
source package.
