Description of problem:

GET /katello/api/srpms/compare always fails with error: Missing template katello/api/v2/common/compare

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create two yum repos (repo1, repo2).
2. Upload SRPM into that.
3. Create two C.V.(by adding one in each) and publish it.
4. Now try to compare with below API:

After talking to Vijay, this looks like it is being affected in multiple areas and we are going to push to 6.8 to allow proper time for fixing this.
