No datapoints found in "Monitoring-Metrics" tab in the Openshift console.

Highly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Monitoring-Metrics.
2. Run query (f.e. cluster:memory_usage_bytes:sum)

Actual results:
No datapoints found.

Expected results:
A graph.

Works on 4.2.4.

This is a duplicate bug, and the fix is going into all release branches as soon as practical.
