Describe the issue: 
New enhancements in the UI allow for these procedures to be performed in the Satellite web UI. 

Suggestions for improvement: 
Edit the procedures to include the new steps for importing and exporting templates in the web UI.

User stories:
* As a user I want to trigger template import and export from UI
* As a user I want to be able to customize any attributes of import/export that I can customize from API/CLI
* As a user I want to see the result of import/export in the UI. The result won't be persisted and I can only see it immediately after the action
