Description of problem:
When creating a report, we can see different values if comparing with Satellite webUI.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.5.z and 6.6.z

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create the report template
2. Generate the output (or preview)
3. Check the number of packages to be installed.
4. Access Hosts - Content Hosts - Export
5. Compare the number of packages to be installed in the same Content Host

Actual results:
They are different

Expected results:
Be the same
