Description of problem:
The bucket reshard cli in object gateway guide is incorrect. This is provided under section 3.4.5 in the guide https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_ceph_storage/3/html-single/object_gateway_guide_for_red_hat_enterprise_linux/index#manual-bucket-index-resharding-rgw

The correct cli should be "radosgw-admin bucket reshard --bucket=<bucket> --num-shards=100"
