Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): mutter-3.32.2-10.el8 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start GNOME session for a new user. 2. Open file manager. Actual results: The window title bar exhibits a menu button which is supposed to be absent. Expected results: The window title bar does not exhibit a menu button. Additional info: - This regression appears after upgrading from EL 8.0 to EL 8.1 which includes an update from GNOME 3.28.x to GNOME 3.32.x.
