Description of problem:
In every data center you created that has clusters under it, in the cluster's tab there aren't any clusters displayed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
engine 4.4.0-5 it occurs also in engine 4.4.0-4

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a data center and create a cluster under it.
2. Enter Compute -> Data Centers -> The data center you created -> Clusters
3. Check if the cluster you created is located there

Actual results:
1. The data center and the cluster were created.
2. The cluster isn't shown there (There is "No items to display" text in the table.

Expected results:
1. The data center and the cluster were created.
