Description of problem:
Running "driverless" fails because "ippfind" is missing.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
cups-filters-1.20.0-18.el8.x86_64

How reproducible:
Run "driverless" on a minimal install after installing cups.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. "$ driverless"
2.
3.

Actual results:
> ERROR: Unable to execute ippfind utility: No such file or directory

Expected results:
> <list of printers>

Ad fix:
Just adding cups-ipptool as dependency of cups as Fedora has - IMO ipptools are now important part of CUPS package with raising amount of IPP everywhere printers.
