(maintainer here) This is correct: virt-p2v-maker was on only x86_64 also in RHEL < 8.2, when it was built by src:libguestfs (and part of the virt module). It seems that the text with "all arches" was created by maitai. Thanks for prompt answer. Moving to verified.
