Description of problem:

if the left most character in a 2 digit mac section is zero, its not shown. This bug explained in debian community in following link. https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=315215
This bug has already been fixed in RHEL 7 long ago:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1368523
but sadly, the fix applied on RHEL 7 has been dropped for RHEL 8 again.
