building the NetworkManager-1.22.0-0.2.el8 RPM on s390x showed a unit-test failure:

PASS: src/tests/test-core 33 /general/machine-id/read
ERROR: src/tests/test-core - Bail out! test:ERROR:src/tests/test-core.c:2106:test_nm_utils_dhcp_client_id_systemd_node_specific: assertion failed (&cid[1] == &iaid)
PASS: src/tests/test-core-with-expect 1 /general/nm_utils_monotonic_timestamp_as_boottime
