Describe the issue:
The following features are deprecated in 6.7 and will be removed in 6.8:
1) Background Download Policy for repositories
2) Smart Variables
3) API endpoints:
a. /compute_resources/:id/available_storage_domains/:storage_domain > /compute_resources/:id/storage_domain/:storage_domain_id
b. /compute_resources/:id/available_storage_pods/:storage_pod > /compute_resources/:id/storage_pod/:storage_pod_id
c. /config_templates/* > /provisioning_templates/*
d. /hosts/:id/status > /hosts/:id/status/configuration
e. /operatingsystems/:id/bootfiles/ > removed
f. /reports/* > /config_reports/*

Suggestions for improvement:
Document the deprecated features.

Additional information: 
Melanie did a similar thing for 6.5 in BZ#1658510
Melanie opened BZ#1774613 to remove docs for a removed feature that was deprecated in 6.6, just an FYI.
