+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1546222 +++

Currently dpdk-pmdinfo is broken due to a missing dependency (bz1494462) and dpdk-pdump is useless so it's better to just remove them from dpdk and dpdk-tools packages.

The verification info above is not correct.

The bug has been verified by the following steps:

[root@netqe24 jhsiao]# rpm -q dpdk
dpdk-19.11-1.el8.x86_64
[root@netqe24 jhsiao]# rpm -ql dpdk | grep pmdinfo
[root@netqe24 jhsiao]# rpm -ql dpdk | grep pdump
/usr/lib64/librte_pdump.so.20.0
[root@netqe24 jhsiao]# rpm -ql dpdk | grep dpdk-pdump
[root@netqe24 jhsiao]#
