composer-cli has commands to upload images after they've been created, but they're missing in 8.2. For example:

   composer-cli upload <...>

and as part of the compose command:
 
   composer-cli compose start example-http-server ami "http image" aws test-uploads

I'd expect them to be available to access that feature of Image Builder in RHEL.
