Description of problem:
There are several typos in fontconfig files in bpg-fonts.

1. bpg-fonts-excelsior-condenced-fontconfig.conf contains "BPG Excelsior Condensed GPL&#38;GNU" but it should be "BPG Excelsior Condenced GPL&#38;GNU". i.e. s/Condensed/Condenced/g. however actually family name the font have is "BPG Excelsior Condencerd GPL&GNU". that is a typo too...
   To fix this, we have two options, a) fix config only as what the font actually have. b) rename the family name in cache and have an alias for correct one.

2. bpg-fonts-mikhail-stephan-fontconfig.conf contains "BPG Mikhail Stephan GPL&#38;GNU" but the family name in the font is "BPG Mikheil Stefane GPL&GNU". the config should be updated to "BPG Mikheil Stefane GPL&#38;GNU"

3. bpg-fonts-mrgvlovani-caps-fontconfig.conf contains "BPG Mrgvlovani Caps GPL&#38;GNU" but the family name in the font is "BPG Mrgvlovani Caps GNU&GPL"
