Description of problem:
Delete the default network, then create a VM with URL and unchecked 'Immediately Start VM'.After that, add another network interface, then, install the VM.There will be an error raised

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Delete the default network
2. Create a VM with URL and unchecked 'Immediately Start VM'
3. Add another network interface to the VM which is created in step 2
4. Install the VM

Actual results:
The installation is failed, and there is an error raised

Expected results:
the installation should be running correctly, and no error raised

ERROR Network not found: no network with matching name 'default'
