This bug is created as a clone of upstream ticket:
https://pagure.io/freeipa/issue/8138

The man page ipa-cacert-manage does not display correctly on RHEL. The synopsis contains mixed indentation:
```
NAME
       ipa-cacert-manage - Manage CA certificates in IPA
SYNOPSIS
       ipa-cacert-manage [OPTIONS...] renew
ipa-cacert-manage [OPTIONS...] install CERTFILE...
ipa-cacert-manage [OPTIONS...] list
DESCRIPTION
       ipa-cacert-manage can be used to manage CA certificates in IPA.
```

To reproduce: `man ipa-cacert-manage`.
Note that the issue does not happen on Fedora.

Comment 2 Florence Blanc-Renaud 2019-12-06 10:49:42 UTC
Issue seen on RHEL 7.7 and RHEL 7.8, with ipa-server-4.6.5-11.el7_7.3.x86_64 and ipa-server-4.6.6-10.el7.x86_64

Comment 4 Florence Blanc-Renaud 2020-01-28 09:56:26 UTC
RHEL-7.8 is already near the end of a Development Phase and development is being wrapped up. This bug is being moved to RHEL 7.9.
If you believe this particular bug should be reconsidered for 7.8, please let us know.
