Please build this package for EPEL-8.

I am in the process of bringing Xfce 4.14 to EPEL-8 and this package is a dependency.

I am submitting requests for other dependencies as well.

I'd recommend somehow dropping the compat-openssl10 dependency. I do not see it as a direct dependency of xfce4.

I had requested this branch since it was needed to build glade3 support. I will build without glade3 support instead to avoid dragging in this large list. Thank you for the replies. I will close the bug now.
