Description of problem:



Upon an attempt to upgrade to Fedora 31, I get the Error Message:


"Loading of MD_FILETYPE_PRIMARY has failed"







Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 30








How reproducible: 


Occurs when attempting to upgrade build or certain packages  e.g. libdnf.

Could you check if this bug is the same as bug#1779104?

Yes Daniel, 

this bug show up when I try to upgrade to Fedora 31. The other is simply an update bug.
