Other users confirm this as well. TBH i even afraid to reporting this into upstream. Many devs of new GNOME apps nowadays clearly saying that they won't provide official support for non Flathub version.

Well, this is not the case for PasswordSafe, upstream is very helpful and open for non-Flathub packages. So @Steve, please test the latest new version and if problem is still persist, we will try to solve it with upstream.

gnome-passwordsafe-3.99.1-2.fc31, python-argon2-cffi-19.2.0-1.fc31, python-pykeepass-3.2.0-1.fc31 has been pushed to the Fedora 31 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.

This version of passwordsafe is not better than the one before. It always freezes and also crashes sometime.
