Description of problem:
Disabling standny-replay daemon configuration is failing


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ceph version 14.2.4-22.el7cp (ccf2f706b98c043f1246d58d840337bff2763999) nautilus (stable)


How reproducible:
1/1

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have 4 MDSs(2 active+ 2 standby-replay, 4 clients ( 2 fuse + 2 kernel)
2.Remove standby-replay daemon configuration

Actual results:
Standby-replay daemon configuration is not being diabled.

Expected results:
Standby-replay daemon configuration should be disabled.


Additional info:
command : ceph fs set cephfs allow_standby_replay 0
