Description of problem:
Currently the EKU purpose is check on the client side for the server cert.
The streamdriver.CheckExtendedKeyPurpose directive can be defined also in the server side in the module statement.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set streamdriver.CheckExtendedKeyPurpose="on" while loading imtcp module
2. create client certificate with bad EKU purpose
3. try to connect

Actual results:
client is accepted

Expected results:
client is not accepted
