Description of problem:
I noticed that in this section of the .spec file, the Python
bindings are not checked:

export LANG=C LC_ALL=C
make check check-swig-pl CLEANUP=yes
# check-swig-rb omitted: it runs svnserve
%endif

Adding check-swig-py is probably a good idea.

Thanks for the suggestion, I've added this in 1.3.0-4.
