Could you build python3-lxml 4.3 or later for Fedora 30? Or was there a reason it was left at python3-lxml 4.2.5?

I'm working on a new package, and since Fedora 30 will still be supported for several more months, I'd like to be able to build it for F30 too. But this new package will require python3-lxml v4.3 or higher.

Fedora 30 is close to end of life now.
