This looks to be fixed on master:

[vagrant@centos7-hammer-devel ~]$ hammer erratum list | wc -l
5003
[vagrant@centos7-hammer-devel ~]$ hammer erratum list --content-view-id 2 --content-view-version=1.0 --content-view-filter-id 1 --organization-id 1 | wc -l
4

Will check out 6.10 and 6.11 and see if it's fixed there.

This looks fixed in 6.10, closing as current release:
