Description of problem:
In VM portal, default VM action is Suspend and it is not possible to change this default action e.g. to SPICE Console.

How reproducible:
NA

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to VM portal
2. Default action for VM is Suspend
3.

Actual results:
SPICE Console option is available in drop-down list but it is not possible to change it as default action.

Expected results:
Ability to change default action of VM or set SPICE Console as default action.

just verified after closing on http://bob-dr.lab.eng.brq.redhat.com/builds/4.4/rhv-4.4.0-31 . the default in 4.4 is SPICE Console and not Suspend.
