Description of problem:
StatefulSet overview page lost replicas info, it's not convenient when user wants to check StatefulSets pods info on project Overview

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create ReplicaSets into one project
$ oc create -f https://raw.githubusercontent.com/openshift-qe/v3-testfiles/master/statefulset/statefulset-hello.yaml
2. When all pods are running, goes to Project Status page, Home -> Status
3. Visit Workloads -> Stateful Sets page, goes to its Overview page

Actual results:
2. It shows 1 of 1 pods, click on the item will open sidebar, but pods info are not shown either in Overview tab or Resources tab
3. StatefulSet Overview also don't have pods info, pods only shown in Pods tab, but other resources also have pods info on their Overview page

Expected results:
2. Pods info should be shown in Overview sidebar
3. Pods info should be shown in Overview page

Stateful Set Details page has donut

Now on Stateful Set Details page user can scale replicas via donut

sorry I think we should also add replicas donut on project Overview sidebar

This was "assigned" but should have been "on_qa".

The project workload and  pod detail page both have the pod donut.
