Description of problem: newer versions of dolphin-emu support MotionPlus to allow playing certain games.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.0-28.fc31


How reproducible: every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. try loading a ROM that requires MotionPlus
2.

Actual results: ROM won't load


Expected results: ROM should work

Thanks for the imput.

I've tried building this a few times but it looks like it's not as simple as I would have hoped.

I will try to get to it as I have time.

I'm building 5.0-11713 on Fedora 32+.

Fedora 30/31 will have to get 5.0-10474, since any later won't compile.
