Description of problem:

Would it be possible to build davfs2 for EPEL8?

Sure - I'll try to build this for EPEL 8 in a week (ca).

EPEL 8 branch was approved by FESCo today (this took a bit longer than usually - probably due to new year celebration). I'll try to submit a build tomorrow when all Fedora systems should be aware of the new branch.
