Description of problem:
When including wine in a kickstart file the installation fails with:
'scriptlet failure in rpm package systemd' and the logs show
systemd-binfmt[9335]: Failed to add binary format: No such file or directory

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add wine to %packages in kickstart file

Actual results:
Kickstart install fails configuring packages

Expected results:
System is installed

Additional info:
I believe this is the exact same bug as #1565425. Adding the fix from #1565425 to a systemd in a locally hosted repository makes the installation proceed. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=1436730&action=diff

Yeah, we should do this. I don't think wine is in RHEL, but there are other packages that install binfmt files (e.g., ksh).
