Description of problem:
fleet-commander-client is a Python 3 package, but it wrongly requires python2-gobject.

$ repoquery --repo=rawhide{,-source} --requires fleet-commander-client
...
pygobject3
....

$ repoquery --repo=rawhide{,-source} --whatprovides pygobject3
python2-gobject-0:3.34.0-3.fc32.x86_64

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 32 development cycle.
Changing version to 32.
