*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 1787911 ***

Comment 2 Yuval Turgeman 2020-01-07 08:09:59 UTC
Why is it closed as duplicate ? the other bug talks about running pylint while I can't even install python3-pylint with epel8

Comment 3 Gwyn Ciesla 2020-01-07 16:21:58 UTC
Python-astroid is in updates-testing.

Comment 4 Jan Pazdziora (Red Hat) 2020-01-16 10:13:08 UTC
Reopening.

With python3-pylint-2.4.4-1.el8.noarch and with python3-astroid-2.3.3-4.gitace7b29.el8.noarch from epel-testing, pylint fails to run:

# pylint-3 --help

So the dependencies are not properly resolved yet.
