Cause: operator libraries did not support IPv6 address bindings for the prometheus endpoint
Consequence: metrics could not be scraped in IPv6 clusters
Fix: operator libraries upgraded to support IPv6 address bindings for prometheus endpoint

openshift-contoller-manageroperator metrics
Tested in 4.4.0-0.nightly-2020-03-23-010639 ipv6 cluster, openshift-controller-manager-operator endpoints is up, but openshift-controller-manager metrics is down, will report a bug for openshift-controller-manager. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
